Production Associate

SGF Global, International Recruitment agency, is looking for a Production Associate to work in Didge Center, MN.

DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for performing general labor tasks to assist in the production of large parts and assemblies. These tasks range from using small power tools to manually handling or stacking materials, in order to keep the production process flowing effectively and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform necessary drilling, grinding, and torch cutting on vehicle chassis, subassembly, fabrication, paint, and assembly areas
2. Maneuver material and operating equipment to required destinations utilizing cranes, lifts, and manual techniques
3. Operate power equipment, torch, and grinder to perform work on various truck components
4. Perform subassembly work for wires, hoses, and small parts
5. Utilize machines and presses to prepare materials for use in subassembly and assembly
6. Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 65 lbs.
7. Train and work in various areas of production in response to production demands
8. Follow verbal and written work instructions including blue prints
9. Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards
10. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
11. Regular attendance required
12. All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
6
months of experience in a manufacturing or general labor industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1
year(s) of experience in a manufacturing or general labor industry

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
